By volunteering their time via online platforms and in person opportunities, the brothers of Delta Rho have been able to grow and maintain the values of our Fraternity despite the many obstacles 2020 has presented. This past month pledges and brothers spent an entire morning working at “Feeding South Florida” to package and provide food items, toiletries, and meals to over 10,000 people. It was a great experience being able to give back to the community during these unprecedented times.
To maintain spirits, Delta Rho also organized a Big/Little reveal night for our pledges and included all brothers who were able to attend to play fun and socially distanced group games. Our pledges were sent on a scavenger hunt and given a final clue that would lead them to their Big. The reveal was the main event and allowed littles to take the time and get to know their families better in person.
Although this pledging process is still ongoing and there are still many challenges ahead, we are very excited to see what our brothers and pledges will contribute to the growth and improvement of our chapter in 2021!
